Terms of use
Mindful Works by Adritha Kuteera is a private tool for planning and publishing the owner’s own social media posts. These terms apply to the owner and to the people the owner invites to use it.
Who may use it
Only people who have been given an account by the owner. There is no public sign-up. Keep your password to yourself, and tell the owner at once if you think someone else has used your account.
What you may do with it
Use it to prepare, review and publish posts for the owner’s products to the owner’s own Facebook Page, Instagram account and YouTube channel. Do not use it to publish anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or anything you do not have the right to publish. What is published stays the responsibility of the owner, and must follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
Text written with AI
Drafts are written by an AI service from the product details the owner provides. They can contain mistakes. Read every post before it is approved. In automatic mode posts are scheduled without that review, which is the owner’s choice and at the owner’s risk.
Availability
The app is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available or that a post will be published at its time. It depends on other companies’ services, which can fail or change. Posts that could not be published are listed so they can be handled by hand.
Ending access
The owner can deactivate an account at any time. How information is handled, and how to have it deleted, is described on the Privacy page.
