Privacy

Mindful Works by Adritha Kuteera is a private tool. It is used only by its owner and the people the owner invites, to plan social media posts and publish them to the owner’s own Facebook Page, Instagram account and YouTube channel. It is not open to the public and has no public sign-up.

What it stores

The name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash) of each person invited to use it; the products, posts, pictures and videos they add; a log of the changes they make; and the numbers Facebook, Instagram and YouTube report about the published posts.

Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

When the owner connects an account, the app receives an access token from Meta or Google. It is stored encrypted and used only to publish the owner’s posts and to read their likes, comments, shares and views. The app does not read messages, friends, followers’ details or anyone else’s content, and it does not sell or share any information. Its use of YouTube follows the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Removing access and deleting data

The owner can disconnect any account on the Accounts page, which deletes its stored token at once. Access can also be withdrawn from the Facebook or Google account settings at any time. Anyone invited to the app can ask the owner to delete their account and what is stored about them.

Services it relies on

The app runs on Railway, keeps its database on Neon, its files on Cloudflare R2 and its scheduling queue on Upstash, sends email through Resend, and uses Anthropic to draft posts from the owner’s own product descriptions.
